The International School for Hotel and Restaurant Management (ISHRM) School System is a private educational and training institution located in the city of Bacoor, Cavite. The school was established by Dr. Alexander T. Gramaje, a veteran hotelier, in 1999 with the vision to put up a school that will provide a sophisticated training in the field of Hotel and Restaurant Management. The school is composed of three (3) campuses located in Bacoor (Main), Dasmariñas, and Cebu.
Several years later, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) recognized the undergraduate and technical-vocational courses of the school. Which in turn brought the increase in the number of student enrollees and made the ISHRM the largest HRM school in the province of Cavite. At present, the school has four (4) colleges offering courses in Culinary, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Business, Entrepreneurship, and Nutrition and Dietetics. Further, certificate courses in Hospitality Industry are also offered, in which, all of the courses have National Certificates II.
Without a doubt, the school has already cemented its reputation as one of the best schools in the field of Hotel and Restaurant Management. With its initiative to expand its campus with well-equipped laboratories in Dasmarinas and Cebu, it manifests their commitment to providing its students with the appropriate training they needed in order to excel in their professional life.
