Personal Account of Academic and Career Objectives 11. Photocopy of research output and other authored publications (for PhD applicants) 12. Admission Test (to be administered by the Guidance and Testing Center) 13. Marriage Contract (if applicable) 14. Long Brown Envelope (2 pcs.) B. For International Applicants: 1. Photocopy of passport information and current visa page (Original must be presented.) 5. Photocopy of National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) (Apply this at the Bureau of Immigration, 3rd Flr. Main Bldg. Valid at least six (6) months from date of issuance). 7. ACR-I Card (pending the release of students VISA and ACR-I card, submit the photocopy of the official receipt to show that the papers are already being processed. Only upon the presentation of the student VISA and ACR-I card may the students be considered officially enrolled. 16. Satisfactory English Test Result (results will determine whether student will need supplementary English lessons before enrollment, if no English was taken previously, student will take the English Test at St. Paul University-Manila).

St. Paul University-Manila (SPU-Manila) is a private school founded in 1912 as the St. Paul institution offering kindergarten lessons. It developed and added programs in elementary, high school, and college department changing its name to St. Paul College of Manila in 1940.
SPU Manila offers undergraduate and graduate programs through its four colleges: Nursing and Aliied Health Sciences, Music and Performing Arts, Business and Management, and Art, Sciences, and Education.
