About this course

The Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) program is a five-year program focused on subjects in financial, public, and managerial accounting, auditing, administration, business 164:Teaching & Academics:Laws, and taxation. The program also teaches students to integrate information technology concepts into business systems, to create a more systematic and organized way of storing business-related data. Aside from business topics, BSA also equips students with a basic understanding of computer programming and auditing systems.

Freshman Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Freshmen: 1. Duly accomplished application form 2. Recommendation from the High School Principal and Adviser or Guidance Counselor (Use SBCA Recommendation Forms) 3. Certified true copy of the current report card with the first and second quarter grades. 4. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the former/current school 5. (2) pcs. 2”x 2” pictures 6. (6) Photocopy of NSO birth certificate 7. Photocopy of baptismal certificate 8. Long brown envelope (Name of applicant in print and level applied for) Note: Applicant may be required to submit other documents not mentioned above on a case to case basis upon evaluation of admission application. All documents submitted shall not be returned and shall become the property of the school.

Transferees Admission Requirements:

True copy of grades for evaluation 4. Subject Description 5. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the former/current school 6. (2) pcs. 2”x 2” pictures 7. Photocopy of NSO birth certificate 8. Photocopy of baptismal certificate 9. Long brown envelope (With name of applicant in print and level/ course applied for) Note: Once admitted, transfer credential/honorable dismissal is a requirement for enrollment. Foreign Students Admission Requirements:

About the Provider

San Beda College Alabang (SBCA) was established in 1972 as the Benedictine Abbey School (BAS). It was renamed as St. Benedict College in 1995 and changed again as San Beda College Alabang in 2004. 

SBCA offers preschool, grade school, junior high school, and senior high school (academic track). It also offers undergraduate programs through its college of arts and sciences. It also offers law and master's degrees in business administration and psychology.

SBCA's basic education department holds a Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU) accreditation.
