Admission Requirements - Freshmen: 1. Original Form 138-A (Report Card) 2. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character with school seal 3. Clear photocopy of authenticated PSA/NSO Birth Certificate 4. Original Medical Certificate issued by any government hospital 5. Two (2) copies of identical picture with specifications, as follows: • Passport Size (3.5 x 4.5 cm) • Colored, with white background • With computerized applicant’s name in the format: First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name and Name Extension (if any) 6. Two (2) Long Brown Envelopes

Transferees Admission Requirements:

About the Provider

Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela (PLV) is a local public university in Valenzuela City founded on June 5, 2002. The university offers Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management, Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Elementary Education, and Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Math, English, Biology, and Filipino.

After four years the university offered a new course, the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Physical Science, and divided the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management into three major courses (Financial Management, Marketing Management and Human Resource and Personnel Management). PLV added an annex building under the City Council Resolution No. 194 Series of 2008 at Maysan Road, Malinta, Valenzuela provides more opportunities to high school graduates in Valenzuela City. The annex building houses the colleges of Business Administration, Accountancy, and Public Administration. In 2009, the university offered the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Bachelor Arts in Communication Arts. 

Aside from the undergraduate courses, the university also offers graduate degree programs in education, government management, and business administration. Special programs such as Certificate in Teaching and Licensure Examination for Teachers review classes are also offered.  Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela is also K-12 ready and currently, it offers Senior High School (SHS) strands such STEM, ABM, GAS, HUMSS as well as the Arts and Design track.
