About this course

The Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) is a four-yea r degree program designed to prepare students to become primary school teachers. The program combines both theory and practice in order to teach students the necessary knowledge and skills a primary school teacher needs. The program aims to produce competent teachers specializing in the pedagogical approach of education.

About the Provider

Roosevelt College, Inc. (RCI Marikina) is a private non-sectarian school that is one of the three campuses under the Roosevelt College System in eastern Metro Manila and the Province of Rizal. The school’s aim is to slowly but surely teach and develop their students’ knowledge about science and industry for total progress together with their cultivated mind, body and spirit.

RCI Marikina offers elementary and secondary programs. Its Senior High School (SHS) program is approved by the Department pf Education (DepEd) and includes three strands: ABM (Accountancy, Business, and Management), STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), and HUMSS (Humanities and Social Sciences). For college, the school offers undergraduate programs in Education, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, and Information Technology, all recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
