About this course

The Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree is a five-year graduate program intended to teach students the essentials of being a Medical Doctor. The program consists of three years of academic instruction, one year of clinical clerkship and one year of post-graduate internship.

Catering to both local and foreign students, Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) is a private, non-sectarian academic institution that consistently pursues advancement and the welfare of humanity. This school started in the field of midwifery in 1957. Now, with two campuses around the country, the college is focused on centering itself in curricular program development for greater government recognition.
 
Emilio Aguinaldo College prides itself on their four academic clusters namely Allied Health, Arts and Humanities, Education, and Business, Information and Communication Technology, and Hotel Management. The college also caters both Junior High School (JHS) and Senior High School (SHS) with tracks such as Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), and Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM), as well as Sports and Technical-Vocational Electives as practical application of the different tracks. 

The Manila Campus has 22 of its undergraduate and graduate programs accredited by the Philippine Association for Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) and is certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in Quality Management System. The Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) also awarded the college with a deregulated status giving it more freedom in its operations. EAC continues its excellence through additional partnerships and accreditations with numerous institutions and organizations, raising its bar of excellence and producing more professionals at par with global competitiveness.
