About the Provider

Cebu Technological University – Danao Campus is an external campus under the Cebu Technological University system. Established in 1949, the CTU-Danao started its operation as the Danao Provincial High School. Eight years later, the school became a national vocational secondary school and eventually transferred to its present location in Sabang, Danao City. In 1975, it began offering a trade technical course and was renamed Danao Vocational School. It was in 1984 when the school became a part of the then Cebu State College of Science and Technology (CSCST) and was known as CSCST-College of Industrial Technology.

CTU-Danao primarily offers undergraduate and graduate programs. Its undergraduate courses are in the areas of Teacher Education, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Industrial Technology, Information Technology, and Engineering. On the other hand, its graduate courses include the fields of Education, Industrial Technology, and Public Administration. Also available is a Diploma in Professional Education (DPE) program for non-education graduates who are interested in being  licensed, professional teachers
