The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BS IT) is a four-year degree program that equips students with the basic ability to conceptualize, design and implement software applications. It prepares students to be IT professionals who are able to perform installation, operation, development, maintenance, and administration of computer applications. The goal of the program is to produce information technologists who can assist individuals and organizations in solving problems using information technology techniques and processes.

Freshman Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Freshmen: Original form 138 or PEPT/NFE Certificate (no incomplete or failing grades) 1. Photocopies of the following: – NSO Birth certificate – Baptismal Certificate 2. NCAE results 3. Colored ID pictures -Two copies of size 2 x 2 -Two copies of size 1 x 1 4. One long brown envelope 5. Duly accomplished application form Testing fee of PHP400 • Upon enrollment, please surrender the final report card (must be original)

Transferees Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Transferees: For incoming sophomores: 1. No grade below 80% 2. Certificate of transfer eligibility from the previous school 3. Original copy of Honorable Dismissal from the previous school 4. He/She should have enrolled or completed one full year (or 2 semesters) in only one school in his/her entire freshman year. 5. For BS Nursing applicants: He/she should pass the Nursing Students Qualifying Exam and sign a waiver indicating agreement that only subjects with the same course description as those of SPUQC and which meet the cut-off grade of 83% will be credited.

Foreign Students Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students: 1. Certificate of Eligibility from DepEd 2. Photocopy of Alien Certificate Registration (ACR I-CARD) [pls spell out] 3. Five (5) copies of the student’s Personal History Statement 4. Notarized affidavit of support including bank statement 5. Scholastic records authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the applicant’s country of origin &/or legal services 6. Photocopy of Data page of the applicant’s passport showing date and place of birth. This page should be stamped or authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post of the Department of Foreign Affairs 7. Birth Certificate / Alien Certificate Registration (ACR) 8. Student visa
