Foreign Students Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students: 1. Photocopy of the Alien Certificate of Registration 2. Previous Study Permit (If Transferee From Other Philippine Schools) 3. Accomplished Personal History Statement 4. Certificate of Bank Deposits 5. Affidavit of Support 6. Birth Certificate of Passport 7. Transcript of Records 8. High School Card 9. Seven (7) Copies of 2x2 Pictures 10. Two (2) Copies of 1x1 Pictures (Items 3-10 are needed for Student Visa Application) 11. Continuing Foreign Students must meet the same Requirements as of Filipino Students in Addition to the above mentioned requirements
