Master in Hospital Management

Graduate Admission Requirements:
1. An undergraduate average of at least 85 or 2.00 or it's equivalent 2. Transcript of records and transfer credentials if transferring from other school to be presented to the Dean for evaluation 3. Birth Certificate from NSO (photocopy) 4. One (1) ID picture (1×1, latest) 5. Graduate School entrance examination and interview 6. Official permission to study for public school teachers from superior authority 7. Student’s visa for foreign applicant
