Transferees Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Transferees: 1. Certificate of Transfer Credential 2. Transcript of Records (TOR)/Copy of Grades 3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from school last attended 4. Four (4) copies of a 2x2 recent colored I.D. Picture 5. Medical Clearance (Hepatitis test, chest x-ray, CBC, Urinalysis)

Foreign Students Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students: 1. Photocopy of ACR I-card (bring original for verification) 2. Photocopy of Passport (bring original for verification) 3. Original copy of TOR, with English translation and duly authenticated 4. Original and photocopy of Student Visa, Study Permit and valid Passport (if ACR I-card is not available) 5. Four (4) copies of a 2x2 recent colored I.D. Picture 6. Medical Clearance (Hepatitis test, chest x-ray, CBC, Urinalysis)
