Philippine Cultural College (PCC), formerly known as Philippine Cultural High School, is a private educational institution established in 1923 by the Philippine Chinese Educational Association under the leadership of Carlos Palanca, Sr. The college is considered as the first and the oldest Chinese-Filipino secondary school in the country. It has campuses in Manila (main campus), Caloocan and Quezon City.
PCC offers basic education program as well as undergraduate courses in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, education and information technology. It also has a senior high school (SHS) program offering the Academic Track. The school has classes in Filipino, Chinese, and English and has a curriculum that gives emphasis to Mathematics and Science Education thus making the students trilingual and well-equipped with skills necessary for global competence.
Philippine Cultural College has linkages with various Philippine and internationally-based institutions. It is recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd). Its high school program, on the other hand, is accredited by the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU).
