City College of Calamba (CCC) is a public higher educational institution in Laguna. It was founded in 2006, the same year of Jose Rizal's 145th birthday. The college is committed to providing underprivileged students with more access to quality but affordable education. Through programs that are job-oriented, students develop into professionals who can take on the challenges of the local community.
The city college is known for being one of the best schools for Teacher Education. CCC actually ranked sixth in the September 2017 Licensure Examination for Teachers (Secondary Level). Other bachelor's degree courses offered are in Accountancy, Computer Science, and Information Technology. These programs can also be taken by students without having to pay any tuition fee for CCC is one of the local colleges and universities covered by the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act in 2018.
