Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technology
The 2-year AMT program is the fundamental step in attaining an Airframe and Powerplant Maintenance license issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP). The purpose of our aviation mechanics program is to train students to become airframe and power plant technicians in a well-equipped setting. Our program allows students to utilize their hands to diagnose, maintain and repair aircraft. Through hands-on and classroom training, students will learn the proper tools and techniques required to become successful aircraft mechanics. Airframe areas of studies include: • Sheet Metal Structures • Finishes and Paint • Composites • Ice and Rain Control Systems • Cabin Atmosphere Systems • Hydraulics • Welding • Instruments and Landing Gear Systems • Fuel Systems • Electrical Systems • Pneumatics • Aircraft Inspection Power Plant areas of studies include: • Piston Engine Overhaul and Inspection • Turbine Engine Design and Operation • Turbine Engine Inspection and Troubleshooting • Reciprocating Engine Induction and Exhaust Systems • Ignition Systems • Fire Protection Systems • Power Plant Lubrication Systems • Propellers
Freshman Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Freshmen: 1. 138 (High School Report Card) 2. Photocopy of Authenticated Birth Certificate from NSO 3. Three copies 2″ x 2″ of most recent colored pictures with white background 4. One long, brown envelope 5. Three mailing envelopes and 3 stamps
Transferees Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Transferees: 1. Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credentials 2. Certificate of Good Moral Character 3. Scholastic Records 4. Photocopy of Authenticated Birth Certificate from NSO 5. Three copies 2″ x 2″ most recent colored pictures with white background 6. One long, brown envelope 7. Three mailing envelopes and 3 stamps
Foreign Students Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students: Five copies of Student’s Personal History Statement (PHS) duly signed by him, written both in English and in his national alphabet accompanied by his personal seal, if any, and containing among others, his left and right thumbprints and a 2″ x 2″ photograph on plain white background taken not more than six months prior to submission. 1. A notarized affidavit of support including bank statements or notarized notice of grant for institutional scholars to cover expenses for the students accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses. 2. Scholastic records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service post located in the student applicant’s country of origin. 3. Three photocopies of Birth Certificate 4. Three self-addressed envelope with stamps 5. One long brown envelope
