Advance Coffee Roasting

This program is specifically developed for experienced baristas or coffee entrepreneurs who are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the coffee roasting process. Students will have the opportunity to evaluate the profile of roasted beans and learn how to adjust the roasting profile or to duplicate. Pre-requisite: Fundamentals of Coffee Roasting
