Toyota Motor Philippines School of Technology, Inc. (TMP Tech), a technical training school at the Toyota Special Economic Zone (TSEZ) was founded in 2013. It was established for the purpose of training after-sales technicians who will be deployed in service centers both locally and abroad.
TMP Tech offers a Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) registered course in Automotive Servicing General Job available in National Certification (NC) Levels I, II, III and IV. It also offers Toyota-specific technical courses like Toyota Way, Toyota Business Practices, Safety and 5S, Kaizen and Standardized Work, Environment, and Customer-First. By graduating in Temp Tech, a student will achieve the equivalent of a Toyota Pro-Technician level.
TMP Tech believes that Filipino workers have long been sought after by diferent companies both locally and internationally because of their talents. Because of this, it helps empower Filipinos to have a shot at careers that will make them successful
