The Manila Times College (TMTC) was founded by Dr. Dante A. Ang in 2002. It is the only school ran by professional journalists and the first mass media institution in the country to support a full-fledged three-year baccalaureate program.

TMTC Manila offers an undergraduate program in Journalism and courses on English proficiency and Print and Broadcast (TV and Radio) Special Training. Students will have the benefit of having free and unlimited access to the editorial and production facilities of The Manila Times newspaper. 

TMTC holds partnerships various Colleges and Universities for dual degree programs. They have partnerships with Asia Pacific College, Baliuag University, Emilio Aguinaldo College, Don Bosco Technical College, Manuel L. Quezon University, Lyceum of the Philippines University, National University, National College of Science and Technology, Grace Christian College, and University of Luzon
