BS of Early Childhood Education

Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education (BSECE) is an undergraduate degree program that prepares individuals to teach and care for young children, typically from infancy to early primary years. The program focuses on child development, age-appropriate teaching strategies, curriculum planning, classroom management, and assessment, along with guided teaching practice. Freshman Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Freshmen: Admission: 1. Application Form 2. Recommendation Letters from two of the following: adviser, counselor, teacher or principal. (should be in sealed envelopes) 3. Certificate of Good Moral Character 4. Original fourth year high school card Enrollment: 1. Original fourth year high school card 2. NSO Certified Birth Certificate 3. Copy of Marriage Certificate (for married students) 4. Accomplished New Student Information Sheet 5. Three recent 2x2 colored ID pictures 6. Requirements for Health Services Certificate of Physical Fitness from family physician (using SPU Manila Form) Recent chest x-ray with interpretation from accredited clinic/hospital

Transferees Admission Requirements:

Foreign Students Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students: Before coming to the Philippines: Fill out the Application Form Prepare the following: 1. Personal History Statement duly signed, with 2x2 photo. Form downloadable at www.immigration.gov.ph 2. Scholastic records authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate in the student’s country of origin or legal residence 3. Photocopy of data page of passport showing photo, date and place of birth, date of issue and expiry 4. Birth certificate or it's equivalent authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/ Consulate in the country of origin or residence 5. Two LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION from principal, adviser, counselor, or any other official from school graduated. 6. Medical Health Certificate with life size chest x-ray and laboratory reports
