Formerly known as the St. Anne School of Medical Sciences, the St. Anne College Lucena, Inc. (SACLI) is a private, non-sectarian institution of higher learning that was founded in 1986. In its first years of operation, paramedical programs including Midwifery and Nursing are duly offered.
As part of the school's initiative to give the community people the best service in terms of education, the institution opened other non-paramedical courses in 1993, along with several technical-vocational skills training programs which are all recognized by TESDA. This initiative was consistently developed up until to its present operation.
To date, the college is now composed of four (4) colleges that have various academic programs ranging from Medical courses up to Engineering courses. This includes undergraduate programs in Health, Arts and Sciences, Education, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, International Hospitality Management, Tourism, and Criminal Justice Education.
