Review Program for Licensure Examination for Teachers

Freshman Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Freshmen: 1. Fill up Application Form with attached 2 copies of 2×2 pictures 2. Submit the following in a long folder: (photocopies only) • Birth Certificate • Baptismal Certificate • Report Card (from previous school) • Most recent assessment from the Developmental Pediatrician and other therapists 3. Get scheduled interview and come back on the said date. 4. Go to the Finance Office (Enrollment) Non-Degree Programs: 1. Proof of Age, Birth Certificate 2. High School Report Card/Transcript of Records/ Certification of Grades from the Registrar/Diploma. 3. 3 copies of ID pictures (“1 x 1”).
