Freshman Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Freshmen: 1. Accomplished Application Form for Entrance Examination 2. Birth certificate from NSO and Baptismal certificate (photocopy) 3. Three (3) copies of I.D. Pictures (2x2 in size) 4. Report card (photocopy) 5. Recommendation letter from Principal or Guidance Counselor placed in a sealed envelope duly countersigned across the flap EVENING CLASS PROGRAM 1. Accomplished freshmen requirements, Application Letter, Autobiography (handwritten), Certificate of Employment (with 1 month pay slip) and Parent (s) Income Tax Return or Certification of non-payment ITR 2. Comply with the other requirements for freshmen/transferees.
Transferees Admission Requirements:
