Freshman Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Freshmen: 1. Two (2) photocopies of the Report Card For graduating students: Submit the latest 4th year grading period (if not yet available, present the 3rd year high school report card & a certification that you are an incumbent 4th year student).
