Royal Christian College (RCC) is a private, higher educational institution in Mandaue City, Cebu. It was established in 1985 as the Electronics and Technological Institute of Cebu City, Inc. (ETICC) and was renamed to the Technological Institute of Cebu City, Inc. (TICC) only three years later. It earned its college status and got its current name in 2000.
The school specializes in airline, travel, tourism, and commerce courses. Currently, it offers bachelor's degree programs in Airline Management, Tourism and Travel Management, Hotel and Restuarant Management, Business Administration, Elementary Education, and Secondary Education. RCC also has a Senior High School (SHS) department providing the ABM and TVL strands. These programs are duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Department of Education (DepEd).
Since its foundation, Royal Christian College has been committed to providing not only quality education in the fields of commerce and teacher education but also a Christian education that develops the spiritual and moral aspects of its students.
