Freshman Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Freshmen: General Requirements 1. Must be a senior high school graduate / candidate for graduation 2. With good academic standing and moral character Qualifying Requirements: 1. 2×2 ID picture with blue background 2. Original NSO / PSA Birth Certificate 3. Original Grade 11 card and photocopy of Grade 12 report card (FORM 138) 4. Original Good Moral Certificate 5. Should pass the RTU-College Admission Test 6. Entrance examination is free of charge

Transferees Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Transferees: General Requirements 1. With good academic standing and 2. Good moral character Qualifying Requirements: 1. 2 pcs. 2×2 ID pictures with blue background 2. Original and Photocopy of NSO / PSA birth certificate 3. Transfer credentials from school last attended 4. Certified true copy of student’s grades with remarks “FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY” 5. Original and photocopy of Good Moral Certificate 6. Should pass the admission test 7. Entrance Examination Fee: ₱300.00

Foreign Students Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students: 1. Pass the RTU College Admission Test and Interview 2. Be of good moral character 3. Have a high scholastic rating with no failing grades in any of the subjects taken 4. Submit the following documents: • High School Records • Two (2) recommendation from any of the following: - High School Principal - Class Adviser - Guidance Counselor • Three (3) pcs. 2×2 pictures (identical) • Copy of Birth Certificates or Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) and Passport
