Professional Academy for Culinary (PACE) is a training institution that seeks to help aspiring and current culinary professionals who want to have an edge in the culinary profession and entrepreneurs who want to be more effective owners. It was founded in 2012 by Chef Lowell Cauilan, Chef Catherine Ong, Ms. Fiona Flores, Mark Catarroja, and Chef Menoy Gimenez with the vision of building an institution for culinary training and culinary entrepreneurship in the east area of Metro Manila.
Through the years, PACE has shown its commitment to the development of the Filipino Chef and Entrepreneur as well as the growth of the Culinary Profession and Industry by offering relevant and innovative training programs that enables its graduates to explore the different opportunities in the food industry.
PACE has been a top training institution for aspiring culinary professionals. It holds a 100% passing rate in the Complacency Exam of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Cookery NC II. It has also continued to grow as it has expanded to another branch in Paranaque.
