Transferees Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Transferees: 1. Certified True Copy of Grades 2. College Entrance Test (CET) result 3. Transfer Credentials (Transcript off Records), Baptismal and Confirmation Certificates. 4. If married, must submit marriage certificate issued by the Church. 5. Medical/Health Certificate for drug-free condition and from other forms of illnesses. 6. Good Moral Character 7. Six (6) copies of 2×2 colored pictures with red/blue background.
