Graduate Admission Requirements:
1. Complete and personally submit your Application Slip to the Admissions Office Submit the following items: 1.2 2 (two) copies of recent 2 x 2 photo 2. Original and photocopy of Transcript of Records of the last school attended Curriculum Vitae 3. Pay the application and testing fee of P600 ($100 or it's peso equivalent for foreign students) at the Cashier's Office. 4. Present the receipt to the Admissions Office and claim your application kit and exam permit. 5. Submit accomplished forms listed below on or before the specified deadline: 6. Application for Admission Form (to be accomplished at the Admissions Office) 2 Recommendation Forms from Employer and Professor / Adviser (in sealed envelope) 7. Personal Essay 8.Take the exam on the given schedule.
