Thesis Proposal (h) Updated resume or curriculum vitae (i) For foreign applicants, in addition to the foregoing requirements, the following are also required: 1. Official TOEFL or IELTS score report (or equivalent) 2. Duly authenticated visa requirements (j) Three (3) recent photos, with red background (2 x 2) (k) Application Fee

Graduate Admission Requirements:
1. One (1) photocopy of the filled-out Form 2. Two (2) copies of personal essay (topic is indicated in the application form) 3. Two (2) photocopies of the applicant’s official transcript of undergraduate and graduate records (if applicable) 4. Four (4) colored 2” x 2” size ID pictures 5. Three (3) duly accomplished Recommendation Forms 6. Two (2) photocopies of the applicant’s birth certificate 7. Two (2) photocopies of marriage certificate (for married women)
