International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management (ISCAHM) Cebu Campus was founded by Chef Norbert Gandler and Hans Schallenberg in 2012. ISCAHM has other campuses in Quezon City and Pampanga. All campuses are all under the ownership, management and operation of the Hospitality School Management Group, Inc.

ISCAHM Cebu offers programs in Culinary Arts & Kitchen Management, and Pastry and Bakery Arts & Kitchen Management. Through these programs, students will experience quality education under the guidance of culinary artists and hospitality professionals.
