Freshman Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Freshmen: A. Registered Nurse Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Certification Program eligibility requires the possession of a current and active PRC license. The following must be submitted to the Philippine Nurse Specialists for Aesthetics Association certification purposes: 1. A completed Enrollment/Registration Form 2. A copy of current PRC License 3. Atleast 2 Certificate of Employment (if any) 4. A copy of Graduate Diploma 5. Official Transcripts (Undergraduate/Graduate) (if applicable) 5. Two (2) recent 2x2 Passport Size Photograph (white background) B. Non-nurse/Nurse undergraduate/Medical/Allied Healthcare Professionals The Medical Aesthetic Specialist Certification Program application eligibility requires the following for certification purposes: 1.
