Institute of Creative Computer Technology, or better known as the ICCT Colleges, was established in 1994 to provide computer technology subjects to the people of Rizal. The system of schools has campuses in Cainta, Sumulong (Cainta), San Mateo, Cogeo, Antipolo, Taytay, Binangonan, and Angono.
Aside from computer courses, ICCT Colleges also offers programs in Arts & Sciences, Business, Computer, Criminology, Education, Engineering, Health Sciences, and Hospitality & Tourism Management. The school also has short courses and certificate programs, as well as Senior High School program. The institution's curriculum is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd), the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Education (DEPEd), and Industry Accredited Certificates.
ICCT Colleges has several facilities to aid students in their education and eventual employment in their chosen industry. They have a Media Arts Center, a CISCO Lab, a Welding Skills Research Center, a hotel for HRM students, an E-library, a Microbiology Lab, and several lecture halls.
