Transferees Admission Requirements:

Foreign Students Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students: 1. Duly Accomplished Application Form 2. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)/Student Visa (requires validation from the Registrar’s Office) 3. 4 copies of 2x2 colored picture 4. Transcript of Records (with English translation written in the country of residence national language) 5. Birth Certificate 6. Five (5) original copies of Personal History Statement 7. Photocopy of Passport pages where name, photo, date of birth and place of birth appear 8. Barangay Certificate stating the exact address of residency in the Philippines 9. Marriage Contract for married female applicant 10. Certificate of Good Moral Character from recently attended school 11. Police Clearance issued from the country of origin 12. Medical Health Certificate issued from the student’s country of origin 13. Notarized Affidavit of Support and Proof of adequate Financial support 14.
