Bachelor of Science in Interior Design

Bachelor of Science in Interior Design (BSID) is a four-year degree program designed to teach students design concepts and methods of building interiors. It covers a wide range of professional practices such as interior design, furniture, and accessories design, visual merchandising, production design, exhibition design, interior landscaping design, and lighting design. The program discusses the core business fundamentals such as accounting, economics, and marketing while also including the design basics such as architectural history, textiles, and decorative arts. The BSID program also equips students with skills in operating a computer-aided design technology, reading blueprints, understanding building codes, and deciphering market trends.

Freshman Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Freshmen: 1. Accomplished Online Application form (https://www.holyspirit.edu.ph/downloads/) (Manual Application form available at the Guidance and Admission Center) 2. Photocopy of the most recent grades (Original Copy of Report Card must be submitted before enrollment) 3. Recommendation Letters: – One from the Principal – One from the Guidance Counselor or Class Adviser (Note: Please use CHSM prescribed form for the recommendation letter available online or at GAC.) 4. Four (4) recent and identical copies of 2×2 ID picture colored with white background 5. Two (2) photocopies of Baptismal Certificate for Catholics and waiver for Non-Catholics 6. Two (2) photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate

Transferees Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Transferees: 1. Proceed to the Guidance and Admissions Center for the evaluation of Certified True Copy of grades

Foreign Students Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students: 1. Original and photocopy of ACR (Alien Certificate of Registration), Student Visa/Study Permit and Valid Passport 2. Good Moral Character (GMC)
