Chef's Den Culinary Institute and Assessment Center, Inc. (CDCIAC) is a TESDA-accredited training center located in Malate, Manila City. The training center was established to contribute to nation-building, particularly by producing individuals with excellent industrial skills.
CDCIAC offers short courses under the Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System (UTPRAS) which equips the students with technical skills. Aside from this, they can also earn a National Certificate (NC) which they can use for employment.
