Center for Culinary Arts, (CCA) Manila was established in 1995 by the the Cravings Group of Companies. It was inaugurated in 1996, officially becoming the first culinary institution of the Philippines.

CCA Manila offers a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Management, a Diplima in Culinary Arts and Technology Management, and a Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts. It also offers short courses in culinary arts and baking and pastry arts. 

CCA-Manila is the only country in the Asia-Pacific region and the second outside of the United States to have its programs accredited by the American Culinary Federation Foundation. It is also accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the American Culinary Federation Edcucation Foundation (ACFEF).
