Boater's Wheel Educational System and Technology College is an educational institution in Lucena City, Quezon established in 2004. It started as a MARINA training center and reopened and became an independent institution in 2012, offering various Home Economics courses from TESDA.
BWEST College has programs for Senior High School and college students. The SHS strand offered is Home Economics(HE) from the TVL track. There are also technical-vocational courses from TESDA like Hotel and Restaurant Services and Computer Electronics and Hardware Servicing. Bachelor's degree courses available are in Accounting Technology, Public Administration, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism Management.
The college is recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
