Asia Harvesters College and Seminary (AHCS) was founded in the year of 2005 by Korean missionary Rev. Gwan-hyung Kim along with Filipino pastors Dr. Raul Mendoza, Bishop Jose Paaran, Rev. Nestor Corpuz, and Rev. Wilconoel Antiporda at Manila EunKwang Presbyterian Church in Don Antonio, Quezon City where it is currently located. At first AHCS operated its programs as ministerial with an enrollment of below 20 students. In 2013, the school applied for the program of Bachelor of Arts in Theology (ABTh) to be recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and in the year of 2016, the recognition for Bachelor of Arts in Theology (ABTh) were duly awarded with Government Permit No. 044, Series 2016. Presently, there is an average of 150 students that attends the school.
Asia Harvesters College and Seminary (AHCS) aims to provide quality Christian education, Academic competence, pro-active working ethics, and critical thinking skills. A Christian worker who is called by God and skillfully trained with biblical philosophies and will not pave away from the true essence of serving God and humanity. Philosophy scripture: “Be diligent and to present yourself approved unto God as workmen who do not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15).”
