Abellana College of Arts and Trades formerly named is now Cebu State College of Science and Technology - Mandaue City is envisioned to be a center and development in research, instruction, production, extension services, and progressive leadership transcending through global technological and industry-driven education.
The University shall primarily provide advanced professional and technical instruction for special purposes, advanced studies in industrial trade, agriculture, fishery, forestry, aeronautics and land- based programs, arts and sciences, health sciences, information technology and other relevant fields of study. It shall also undertake research and extension services and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization.
The College of Advanced Studies develops Technology and value- oriented executive leaders in education, agri-industrial and related sectors through research and community services towards shared productivity in their chosen fields.
