International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management (ISCAHM) Cebu Campus was founded by Chef Norbert Gandler and Hans Schallenberg in 2012. ISCAHM has other campuses in Quezon City and Pampanga. All campuses are all under the ownership, management and operation of the Hospitality School Management Group, Inc.
