Center for Asian Culinary Studies (CACS) is a private school established in 2000 by Gene Gonzalez, a well-recognized chef in the country. Alongside Gene Gonzalez were Junjun De Guzman and Gino Gonzalez, two of the country's prominent personalities in the culinary industry, take part in operating CACS. Together, they envision an institution that produces competent chefs who can compete well in the professional world. CACS currently has another campus located in Davao and Pampanga.
