About this course
The Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BS CE) program is a five-year program designed to teach students the basic principles of science and mathematical tools used in engineering. The program covers the five essential fields of civil engineering: structural engineering, transportation engineering, water resources engineering, Geo-technical engineering and construction engineering and management. It also aims to provide students with technical skills and knowledge in planning, design, construction, supervision, and maintenance of civil engineering works  this includes road, school, mall, human settlement, energy development, and agricultural infrastructures.

Freshman Admission Requirements:Admission Requirements - Freshmen: 1. Original copy of Form 138 (or Form 137A) 2. Latest Certification of Good Moral Character 3. Report of UE-CET results 4. NSO - Authenticated copy of Birth Certificate Additional Requirements • For valedictorian or salutatorian, certificate issued by the High School Principal indicating the honor or academic award received and the number of graduates • For resident foreign student, updated Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) issued by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) • For full-time working student, certificate of employment • For applicant to the College of Fine Arts, he/she should pass the Talent Test administered by the College
Transferees Admission Requirements:Admission Requirements - Transferees: 1. Report of UE-CET results 2. Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal from the school last attended 3. Foreign Students Admission Requirements:Admission Requirements - Foreign Students: Government Requirements 1. Scholastic Records issued by the school head and duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy located in the applicant's country of origin or residence 2. Documentary Proof of Support to cover expenses incidental to his/her studies, such as board and lodging, as well as return airline ticket duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy located in the applicant's country of origin or residence 3. Police Clearance Certificate duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy located in the applicant's country of origin or residence 4. Medical Health Certificate with standard-size chest X-ray 5. NICA Clearance (from the Bureau of Immigration) University Requirements (in addition to the Government Requirements) 1. Authenticated copy of Diploma / Certificate of Graduation / Certificate of Completion 2. Authenticated copy of Birth Certificate 3. Report of CET results 4. Two (2) Letters of Recommendation (one from the Headmaster of the school and another from a former teacher or professor) 5. Seven (7) copies of the applicant's latest 2"x2" photo 6. Personal History Statement 7. Updated Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or Special Study Permit (SSP) issued by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) 8. Passport 9. Payment of Acceptance Fee of one hundred twenty-five US dollars (US$125.00) or it's peso equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate upon release of the Notice of Acceptance (NOA). About the Provider
University of the East Caloocan (UE Caloocan) is a private educational institution in Caloocan City, Philippines. It is one of the campuses under the University of East (UE) system. Founded in 1954 by Dr. Francisco T. Dalupan Sr., the school started out as UE Tech, a technical-vocational training center. When the school began offering extension program, it officially became the University of the East Caloocan.
Presently, UE Caloocan is housed in a 4.86-hectare land complete with modern facilities and equipment. It is also considered as one of the largest university in the CAMANAVA area. It provides degrees in Business Administration, Engineering, Arts, Sciences and Fine Arts. In addition to tertiary programs, the university also has a senior high school program offering Academic, Arts and Design, Sports, and Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) tracks.
UE Caloocan is duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Department of Education (DepEd). Its programs, on the other hand, are accredited by organizations such as the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) and the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA).
