About this course

Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) is a four year degree program designed to prepare students for becoming high school teachers. The program combines both theory and practice in order to teach students the necessary knowledge and skills a high school teacher needs. The program aims to produce competent teachers who provide a conducive learning experience to their students.

Foreign Students Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students: Foreign students shall be admitted to PLMun subject to existing regulations of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Other requirements are: 1. Student Visa (9-F Visa) 2. Letter of Acceptance from the College of His Choice (original and photocopy) 3. Affidavit of Support 4. Latest Passport 5. Authenticated Birth Certificate (original and photocopy) 6. Three (3) Copies of IIR 7. English Proficiency Test for Non-Native English Speaker Applicants (TOEFL, IELTS, or any International English Test) 8. CHED Permit to Study 9. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) 10. About the Provider

Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa (PLMun) is a university run by the local government of Muntinlupa City.

In 1991, the passing of Resolution No. 91-191 and Resolution No. 91-192 which suggested the creation of a local government-run college paved the way for establishing the Muntinlupa Polytechnic College (MPC). The college was first located in Alabang, Muntinlupa and utilized one of the buildings of the Pedro E. Diaz High School.

PLMun aims to provide quality education for the citizens of Muntinlupa and to produce globally competitive, responsible graduates who are willing to give back. The school also values righteousness and excellence.
