About this course
The Bachelor of Science in Psychology (BS Psych) is a four-year program designed to help you observe human behavior through the scientific method, allowing you to gain access to the human psyche and fathom its depths. You will gain the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to assess and conduct empirical research regarding individual and group behavior through the lens of various psychological theories and concepts. The BS in Psychology degree prepares you for general careers in teaching, research, counseling and human resources. It can also be a foundation for further studies in the fields of Medicine, Guidance and Counseling, Human Resource Development and 164:Teaching & Academics:Law.

About the Provider
De Ocampo Memorial College (DOMC) is a private educational institution in Sta. Mesa, Manila. The institution offers courses related to the field of oral health. It was founded in 1913 and was first known as Colegio Dental del Liceo de Manila. The school was renamed eventually as the Philippine Dental College the following year. On March 25, 1916, the government authorized the college to confer the Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and by 1932, its Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree was added to the list of programs recognized by the Philippine government. In 1966, The Philippine Dental College officially became De Ocampo Memorial College and it was later managed by the De Ocampo family.
Aside from Dentistry, DOMC has programs in Dental Hygiene, Nursing, Psychology and Medical Technology. The college is accredited by agencies such as the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd). Other offerings include TESDA short courses in Caregiving, Dental Hygiene, Dental Technology, and in Health Aide Services.
Since its foundation, The De Ocampo Memorial College has been dedicated to helping its students to realize their potential and committed to transform them into competent dental care professionals.
